SmartEAR is the new acoustic logger, manufactured by SebaKMT, with a leak detection function along water distribution networks. The robust and durable materials of the logger, coupled with a powerful lithium-ion battery, allow for an autonomy of up to 9 years. Installation can be done reliably and in the shortest possible time with just a few automated steps, using the SmartEAR-GO Smartphone application! Once in operation, SmartEAR loggers take advantage of the NB-IoT connection for automatic and scheduled data transmission and use POSEYEDON’s intelligent cloud algorithms to detect, determine and locate leaks along the drinking water distribution network.
